Most custom t-shirt orders in Tampa arrive in cartons, sorted by size, sometime before the event. We print them at the event instead. A press or a DTF station runs in your room, and each guest waits about two minutes for theirs.
Custom shirts made where the guests are
You see the difference at a Tampa Convention Center booth or a company night in Ybor City. Guests pick their own size and sometimes their own design, and they put the shirt on right there. Nobody ends up in an XL from a pre-packed box, and there's no leftover stack to store.
What we can print
- Tees: soft blanks from XS to 4XL, printed to order.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: for cold ballrooms and the few cool Tampa evenings in winter.
- Caps: the live hat bar lets each guest build one.
- Beyond apparel: totes and tumblers from the promo station, for a show floor or a day on the water.
A press or DTF?
If everyone gets the same design, a live screen press is quickest. If the art is full color or each shirt carries a name, live DTF is the tool. Show us the artwork and we'll pick.
Why print at the event: everyone gets their own size, nothing has to ship to the venue, and people hang on to a shirt they saw made. Those are the ones still getting worn around Tampa months later.
Costs are on pricing, speed is on how many shirts we print per hour, and you can ask for a Tampa t-shirt quote any time.
Tampa planning
What to send first for custom shirts
A firm headcount is the most useful thing. We order blanks against it about a week before the event, so a number that keeps moving is the main thing that slows a Tampa job down.
The shop is in Fullerton, California, 2,131 straight-line miles from Tampa. Presses, heat presses, blanks and tables go ahead as freight, and the crew flies in the day before load-in. Plan on about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station.
