At a wedding or private party, the station works as a favor table and a bit of entertainment. Guests choose a design, watch it get printed, and go home with something they'll wear. Tampa is 2,131 straight-line miles from our Fullerton shop, so the gear ships as freight and the crew lands a day early. Date changes need two weeks' notice to move the freight.
We bring a styled station for weddings, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs and milestone parties across Tampa Bay, from a Hyde Park reception to a waterfront party in St. Petersburg or a brick courtyard in Ybor City.
What live t-shirt printing looks like at a Tampa celebration
- Names and dates: live DTF puts the couple's names or a party date on each shirt or tote.
- Caps for outdoor parties: the hat bar suits sunny afternoons on the water.
- A station that fits the decor: styled to sit alongside the bar and the dance floor.
- A storm plan: for summer outdoor parties, a covered spot or an indoor fallback.
Space and power for a live printing station at a Tampa reception
We need a 10×10 ft spot and two 120V/20A circuits that the band and the bar aren't sharing. In a Water Street or downtown hotel ballroom, ask the banquet captain to put a dedicated circuit and our load-in time on the banquet order. Ybor's old halls and courtyards are charming but often have a couple of outlets on one wall, so tell us where the station's going and we'll bring enough cord to reach it. For a backyard party in Brandon or Wesley Chapel, text us a photo of the breaker panel and we'll decide between a cord run and a generator. June through September, plan for the 4 o'clock storm: a covered patio or a spot just inside the doors keeps the presses dry. A shirt takes about two minutes, and two presses do 100+ an hour, so 150 guests are wearing theirs in about 90 minutes. Freight leaves Fullerton ahead of us and we fly in the day before to check the room.
