Live embroidery means commercial stitching machines in your room, putting a logo or monogram on a cap, polo or bag while the guest watches. It's slower than printing and it feels more expensive, which is the point.
We plan it for the smaller, higher-end parts of a Tampa event: a client dinner in Hyde Park, a sponsor suite on an arena night, or the VIP side of a conference at Tampa Convention Center. It usually runs next to a faster print station, not in place of one.
Where stitching fits in Tampa
- VIP and client gifting: a monogrammed piece for the guests who matter most to the host.
- Premium brand activations: a finish that reads as a gift, not a giveaway.
- Corporate programs: polos and caps for a team offsite or an awards night.
- Paired stations: embroidery for a short VIP list, with a press or DTF covering the main crowd.
Stitching takes longer per piece, so we size it to a guest list, not a walk-up crowd. Send the headcount and we'll say how many pieces fit your window.
