St. Petersburg is its own city on the other side of Tampa Bay, reached by the bridges from Tampa. Its downtown waterfront and its arts district host festivals, gallery nights, weddings and company events.
A lot of St. Pete events are outdoors or open-air, facing the water. That brings sun, wind off the bay and the afternoon storms from June through September, so the plan starts with cover and weighted tents.
What St. Pete events tend to book
- Live hat bar: caps and visors for a sunny waterfront crowd.
- Live DTF: full-color art for a gallery night or an artist's design.
- Live screen printing: one festival design printed for a crowd at volume.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware for a hot afternoon by the water.
Getting across the bay is part of the load-in plan. Tell us the venue early, so the freight goes to the right side of the water and the crew's hotel is close to the site.
Outdoors, the power source is the first thing to confirm. We need two dedicated 120V/20A circuits and roughly 10×10 ft per station.
For a St. Pete date, send the venue and headcount. The quote lists crew, gear, garments and travel separately.
