Live screen printing in Tampa puts real presses, ink and squeegees on your floor. It's the method for one design in one to three colors going on a lot of shirts. For live t-shirt printing with photo or gradient art, DTF is the better fit.
We ship the whole setup from Fullerton: presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks, tables and crew. The standard station is two presses and two printers, and it clears 100+ shirts an hour once it's running, which is the pace a Tampa Convention Center show day or a pre-game crowd near Raymond James Stadium calls for.
Why a press for a Tampa event
It's the method we reach for when everyone wants the same shirt: a Gasparilla krewe's design, a tailgate graphic, a conference theme. Screens are burned before the freight leaves, so the art is locked early. When you also want full color or names, add a live DTF station in the same footprint.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. Outdoors from June through September, it also needs a tent or a covered spot for the afternoon storms.
