Our Tampa hat bar, a custom hat bar or patch bar depending on who you ask, is a display of caps, a board of patches designed for your event, and a heat press. Guests pick a cap, trucker or dad-hat style from whichever blanks you choose, add a patch, and our crew presses it on while they watch.
Tampa is a cap-wearing town most of the year, so a hat gets used long after the event: on the water, at a game or walking the Riverwalk. The bar fits in about 10×10 ft and can run next to a DTF or screen station if you want shirts too.
What comes with a Tampa hat bar
- A styled station that looks right in a Hyde Park courtyard, a hotel ballroom downtown or a booth at Tampa Convention Center.
- Caps and patches chosen with you ahead of time, from structured caps to visors, with your mark on the patches.
- Crew pressing on site, so every guest walks off with a finished hat.
- Freight and setup handled: the bar ships from Fullerton with the presses and is built the day before or the morning of.
A hat bar and a tee station together is a common pairing. See how pricing works or send your date.
Tampa hat bar FAQ
Are felt cowboy hats part of it?
No. We don't carry felt hats or shape brims. It's caps and visors with heat-pressed patches, the kind of hat people here actually wear in the sun.
Can the caps double as the party favor?
Yes. At a Hyde Park party each guest's cap is the favor, and at a sponsor reception near the Riverwalk or a courtyard event in Ybor City it's the thing people carry out. Every guest walks off with a finished hat.
How does the hat bar get to Tampa?
It ships as freight from our Fullerton shop with the presses, and the crew flies in the day before load-in to build it. If your date moves, tell us two weeks ahead so the freight can be rebooked.
