A Tampa quote has five parts: crew, press time, garments, setup and teardown, and travel. We're 2,131 straight-line miles from Tampa, and travel is the only part that stays the same no matter how many guests come. That's why a big Tampa event costs less per shirt than a small one.
What your quote includes
| Included | What it means |
|---|---|
| Crew | Printers who run the station and the line, sized to your guest count and your hours. |
| Equipment | Presses, flash dryers, heat presses, ink and tables, shipped as freight and built on site. You provide the room and the power. |
| Garments | Blanks from XS to 4XL, ordered against your headcount about a week before the event. |
| Setup & teardown | Load-in, the station build, test prints and breakdown, fitted to your run-of-show. |
| Every print | All the printing during your window. There's no per-shirt charge added afterward. |
What moves the number
- Guest count: more guests means more blanks and more press hours, and past a point another station.
- Hours: a two-hour party and a full show day at Tampa Convention Center are very different quotes.
- Garments: a basic tee, a hoodie and a performance fishing shirt sit far apart on price.
- Stations: adding a hat bar or embroidery adds crew and gear.
- Travel: freight for the gear plus flights and hotel for the crew, shown on its own line. It doesn't change with the guest count.
Every quote comes back within 24 hours, with each of those lines listed separately.
Because each line is separate, you can adjust any one of them. To bring a total down, change the garment or shorten the hours. Those move it far more than trimming the guest list. Send the date and headcount and we'll price the Tampa room you've actually booked.
