Hyde Park and SoHo sit across the river from downtown in South Tampa. Hyde Park Village has the shops and courtyards, and South Howard, the SoHo strip, is lined with restaurants and bars that book private events. Bayshore Boulevard runs along the water just south.
Events here are smaller and more polished: rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, brand nights at a restaurant or a boutique. The station has to look like it belongs, so we style it and keep the menu of designs short.
What Hyde Park and SoHo events tend to book
- Live hat bar: caps chosen by each guest, which double as the party favor.
- Live DTF: names, dates or a monogram-style design printed per guest.
- Promo & hard goods: printed tumblers or totes to hand out as gifts.
- Live screen printing: matching shirts when the whole party wants the same one.
Restaurants and boutiques often have tight doors and shared circuits, so we check both before anything ships. For a garden or patio party in summer, plan a covered spot for the afternoon storms.
The station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits that aren't shared with the kitchen.
