Live printing works at more kinds of Tampa events than people expect. What they share is a crowd with a few minutes to spare and a reason to want a shirt from that day.
Tampa events we print for
- Gasparilla parties: the city's winter pirate festival, where a whole crowd wants the same shirt and wants it fast.
- Lightning and game days: pre-game crowds near the arena on Channelside Drive or around Raymond James Stadium, printed in a rush before the start.
- Sparkman Wharf pop-ups: evening crowds on the water, where names and rotating designs keep people at the station.
- Convention booths: a press at Tampa Convention Center pulling attendees out of the aisle.
- Ybor City block parties: courtyards and streets where a compact station suits the older buildings.
- Beach and waterfront activations: sun, wind and salt air, handled with sealed blanks and weighted tents.
Matching the station to the event
For crowds that come in a rush, like Gasparilla or game days, a fast screen press or DTF station keeps the line moving. For smaller, personal events, a hat bar or live embroidery reads as a real gift.
Not sure which fits? Send the event type and the headcount, and we'll suggest the stations.

Tampa planning
Working around the Tampa calendar
Gasparilla falls in winter, the best weather for outdoor stations. Summer events outdoors need cover for the afternoon storms. Convention weeks downtown fill hotels and freight slots early.
The shop is in Fullerton, California, 2,131 straight-line miles from Tampa. Presses, heat presses, blanks and tables go ahead as freight, and the crew flies in the day before load-in. Plan on about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station.
