DTF, embroidery, a hat bar and screen printing all run on site at Tampa events. Each is best at something different, so here's how to pick.
Live DTF printing
Full-color art on film, pressed on the spot. No screens, no color limit, no minimum. Use it for detailed logos, photos, names and short or mixed runs, like a launch on Water Street. See live DTF printing.
Live embroidery
Logos and monograms stitched while the guest waits. It's the premium finish for VIP gifts, client dinners and upscale brand nights in Hyde Park. See live embroidery.
Live hat bar
Guests pick a cap and a patch, and we press it on. People wear caps constantly in Tampa, so this is the giveaway that gets used. See the hat bar.
Live screen printing
Real presses and ink, pulled in front of guests. It's the fastest option for one to three colors at volume, like a Gasparilla crowd or a convention booth. See live screen printing.
Short version: volume, use a press. Full color or names, use DTF. A premium gift, use embroidery or the hat bar. Most Tampa events run one main station plus one extra.
Still deciding? Read screen printing vs DTF or send your event details and we'll suggest a mix.

Choosing a method for Tampa
Humidity doesn't change which method to use, but it changes how we handle the blanks and film. They stay sealed until they're pressed, and each shirt gets a short pre-press before printing.
Tampa is a ship-ahead job for us: presses trucked from Fullerton, a crew that arrives the day before, and a station about 10×10 ft on two dedicated 120V/20A circuits.
