Most Tampa events come in between $5,000 and $15,000 all-in. Because the presses ship cross-country and the crew flies in, travel gets its own line on the quote, and that line is the same for 200 guests or 600. The guest count, your hours, the garments and the number of stations are what move the rest.
What sets a Tampa price
- Guests and pieces: more shirts means more press hours, more blanks and, past a point, another station and printer.
- Hours on site: a two-hour launch on Water Street and a full show day at Tampa Convention Center are priced very differently.
- Garments: a plain tee and a heavyweight hoodie or a performance fishing shirt are far apart on cost.
- Stations and methods: a hat bar next to the press roughly doubles what you can hand out, and the crew and gear grow with it.
Since the travel line stays put while the guest count grows, the cost per shirt drops as events get bigger. A 600-guest activation downtown costs well under twice what a 300-guest one does.
