Give us six to ten weeks for Tampa. The presses cross the country by freight and the crew flies in a day before load-in, so shipping and the venue's load-in schedule set the calendar. Press time almost never does.
What the lead time covers in Tampa
- Freight booking: the gear has to leave Fullerton well ahead of your load-in. If the date shifts, two weeks' notice lets us move the shipment with it.
- Art and the blank order: art needs to be finished roughly seven days before the event, which is also when we order blanks. A guest count that keeps changing is the most common thing that holds a Tampa job up.
- Big show weeks downtown: a large show at Tampa Convention Center squeezes hotels, drayage and labor downtown in the same week. Booking early is how you avoid paying for that.
- Gasparilla season: the parade weekends each winter crowd the city's calendar, so a January date deserves the full ten weeks.
Less than six weeks away? Ask anyway. Short Tampa turnarounds depend on whether freight can still arrive in time, and simple art on standard blanks gives us the best shot. Planning a booth or festival that's months off? We'll put a hold on the date today and finish the art when you're ready. Send the date and a guest count and you'll hear back on availability within 24 hours.
Summer outdoor events need one more piece of planning. A tent or an indoor backup for the afternoon storms is simple to arrange with a full booking window and hard to find the week before.
